Bob moved to Sarasota, Florida in 1981 from St. Clair Shores, Michigan. He has been Selling and Leasing Real Estate for over 40 years, and specializing in Industrial for the past 35 years.

Roberta "BJ" Kolton
In 2002, Roberta (a.k.a. Bobbie Jo or BJ) graduated from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Photography, and returned to Sarasota to be closer to her family and the community in which she grew up.

Coming from a real estate family, it was only natural that she follow in her parents' footsteps, so in 2004 Roberta began working with her father in THE COMMERCIAL GROUP of Michael Saunders & Company. She is very excited to be part of the Kolton Team and is learning all she can from her father's 35 years of experience in the Industrial/Commercial Real Estate market.

Roberta still spends her spare time working on her photography and Photoshop skills and also enjoys playing with her two Boxers, Diesel and Dixie. She is a member of the Junior League of Sarasota and the Sarasota Association of Realtors.
